Tasty Indian recipes


Indian cuisine is a fine mixture of great food, healthy beverages and tasty dishes that helps to gain a sound, well-balanced physical, emotional and spiritual state.  Meat, fish and poultry are used extensively in non-vegetarian Indian food. All kinds of vegetables are used in the vegetarian food. Different spices are added to the recipes to add taste and nutritional values. 
Chicken is the most popular meat used in the non vegetarian Indian cuisine. It is combined with different ingredients to get different aromas and flavors. Different Indian recipes are prepared with the help of chicken. Rather there is an array of chicken recipes in Indian cuisine. Some of the most popular are butter chicken, chicken curry, kadhai chicken, chicken do payaza, etc. Even, chicken biryani a widely popular rice dish is prepared with the help of chicken. It is a fine blend of rice and chicken along with different herbs and spices.     
Indian recipes offer great taste, exquisite aroma and versatility for the taste lovers and that has made them widely popular. Fish is also widely popular in South and East Indian food. Most commonly, fried fish and yogurt is included in the common dishes of South and East Indian food.  Egg dishes are also widely popular. Egg dishes are prepared by adding different spices and herbs along with sprinkling of ginger, sliced tomato and chili. Indian cuisine has a lot to offer to both vegetarians and non- vegetarians.
