Delicious Indian food


Indian restaurants and Indian food is quite common all around the world. An Indian kitchen presents an aroma of the spices that is hard to resist and craves food lovers for the tasty and delicious food. Mostly Indian spices are used as a whole or in a powdered form. Fresh ingredients like curry leaves, mint or coconut are also used to add spice to the food. Garam masala or curry powder is the common terms used for Indian spices.   
Samosas are served as appetizer at Indian restaurants. They are made in a triangular shape, that are filled with peas, potatoes, peas, cheese and other vegetables. It tastes spicy with the brown and sweet chutney.  Tandoori chicken is served as the main Entrees. This is very famous Indian dish. Chicken is cooked in a oven or Tandoor. Although, it looks little weird but it has unique taste.     
Biryani is very popular Indian recipe. Rice is cooked with vegetables or meat. It is really great in taste. Different Indian spices are used to add unique flavor to it. Indian food lovers are really crazy for curry. It is thick gravy made with garlic, tamarind, cumin and different tasty spices. In fact, curry is the most popular Indian dish. Mostly Indian dishes are eaten with nan or roti (Indian bread pancakes). Indian food is really great to eat and offers wide range of diversity for the food lovers. Along with offering great taste, various health benefits are also offered by Indian spices.
