Delicious Mexican food



Mexican food is a fine fusion of old tradition and migration. Beans, corn and peppers were known to be the staple food of early Aztecs and Mayans. Rather, typical Mexican cuisine is extremely varied and tasty and colorful.  Most of the Mexican recipes are prepared with the basic ingredients like corn, rice and beans. The cornerstone is used in every Mexican recipe from tacos and enchiladas, to desserts and soups. Dried beans are another Mexican staple food. They can be fried or boiled. Rice is widely popular and prepared with incorporate herbs, hot oils and even mixed with sugar for preparing a local drink.  
Jalapenos are the most popular, spicy and hot varieties of chili peppers. They can be used in numerous different ways. Salsa is the most popular element that emerged from Mexican cuisine to American society. Mostly people referred it as the Mexican version of tomato ketchup made from different raw ingredients. Citrus fruits brought by the Spanish have really added great taste and color to the Mexican dishes. Cojjto cheese is also a fine example of dairy food introduced the Spanish.   
Different Mexican spices and herbs mixed with different main ingredients and supplements offers great recipes. Mexican spices also offers great health benefits to the food lovers. Canella has stimulant, tonic, or antibacterial effects. Mexican spices and herbs really add to taste of the food along with offering different health benefits.
